Esta línea de ensamblaje se aplica a baterías de 12V36AH a 12V100AH ​​/ 200AH, es decir, el tipo de contenedor de batería puede ser 1 * 6 o 2 * 3. Esta línea de ensamblaje consiste en envoltura de placa y distribución de grupo de placa, COS automático, máquina de prueba de cortocircuito, entre otros. - soldadura de celdas, control de calidad de soldadura, prueba de cortocircuito, sellado térmico de la cubierta de la batería, soldadura de terminales, prueba de fugas, etc.

water-based welding effect is better.

5. According to the lug width the bus-bar size can be added 1.5mm on both sides, the minimum thickness of bus-bar can be controlled around 7 mm;

6. Mold changing time is about 30mins; mainly depending on your operation skill;

High voltage short circuit  testing machine

 

1. The equipment is equipped with alarm and rejection function to prevent short circuit battery moving to the next process ;

2. Short circuit testing method adopts constant voltage, test the resistance through current setting;

3. The current can be set to test the evaluation based on the user`s quality  requirement to the battery;

4. The short circuit testing is mainly to prevent micro short circuit resulting from lead particles and separator while welding ;

5. The testing is completed before inter-cell welding, which can reduce plastic container waste.

Automatic Heat Sealing Machine

 

1. The equipment is mainly used for the sealing of battery container and cover.

2. Put the cover manually, meanwhile, adjust the fitness of the terminal and cover;

3. After entering into the heat sealing machine, the machine will automatically clamp the cover, heat and seal.

4.The equipment adopts aluminum alloy heating plate, has the advantages of rapid temperature transfer and uniform heating, etc.

Terminal Welding Machine

 

1. The equipment is mainly used for terminal welding.

2. It simulates manual welding mode, welding head revolving diameter can be adjusted and according to the diameter size of the terminal.

3. Welding mold adopts constant temperature water recycle mode, to ensure welding quality and prevent the battery container from being scalded.

4. It can weld conical terminal and angle type terminal, but the angle type terminal must be the mode of being fixed in the battery cover.

5. Welded terminal size can be made according to user`s terminal size ;

6. The depth of terminal welding is generally about 4mm;
